2. What we collect

3. Legal bases (GDPR Article 6)
- Contract: delivering the Programme, access and support to purchasers.
- Consent: marketing emails to non-customers, and non-essential cookies. Withdrawable at any time.
- Legitimate interests: securing the site, preventing fraud, and sending customers information about products similar to what they bought.
- Legal obligation: accounting and tax records.
4. Processors we use
Whop (payments, merchant of record), MailerLite (email), Skool (community), Netlify (website hosting), Meta (advertising measurement), Google [if analytics used]. Each processes data under its own agreement with us.
5. International transfers
Some processors are outside the EEA, mainly in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where applicable.
6. Retention
Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe, then a suppression record so we don't contact you again. Customer records: for the duration of access plus the statutory accounting retention period under Hungarian law (currently eight years). Support correspondence: three years.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email ledgermethod@gmail.com and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to the Hungarian data protection authority (NAIH, naih.hu) or the authority in your country of residence.
8. Marketing emails
Every marketing email contains a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing does not affect service emails about a purchase you have made.

10. Children
The Programme is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
