Terms of Service

1. Who we are
This website and The Ledger Method (the "Programme") are operated by Szomor Dávid Bence E.V., a sole trader (egyéni vállalkozó) registered in Hungary. Registration number 59313809. Tax number 90162648-1-41. Registered address: Gémes József utca 10, 1048 Budapest, Hungary ("we", "us"). Contact: ledgermethod@gmail.com.
2. Payments and seller of record
Purchases are processed by Whop, which acts as merchant of record and seller of record for the transaction. Their terms and privacy policy apply to the payment itself, including tax collection. We deliver the Programme and provide support.
3. What you are buying
The Programme is a digital education product consisting of written materials, templates, a licensed product library (the "Vault"), access to a private community, and periodic live sessions. The exact contents are described on the sales page at the time of purchase. We may improve, update or replace individual components; we will not materially reduce what you were sold.
4. Access
Access is granted to you personally on purchase. The Vault licence activates on day 15 after purchase, or earlier if you submit a campaign for review. Access is not transferable and may not be shared. Account sharing, resale of access, or distribution of materials terminates access without refund.
5. Licence to use the materials
Programme materials (the books, toolkit, guides): licensed to you for personal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, republish or use them to create a competing product.
Vault products: you receive a licence to sell the Vault products under your own brand and keep 100% of your revenue, and to edit or rebrand them freely. You may not sell, transfer or sublicense the licence itself — your customers buy an end product to use, never the right to redistribute it. This licence ends if you refund your purchase or if your access is terminated, and any listings using the files must then be removed.
6. Founding member terms
Where a founding place is purchased, the additional components (1:1 call, personal campaign review, direct contact) are available for the period stated at the time of purchase and are subject to reasonable scheduling. They are personal to you and non-transferable.
7. Instalments
Where you choose to pay in instalments, you agree to the full instalment schedule. Access may be suspended if an instalment fails and is not resolved.
8. No guarantee of results
We sell education and digital assets. We make no representation, promise or guarantee of any income or result. Any figures in our materials are arithmetic examples, not projections or typical outcomes. What you achieve depends on your own effort, skill, consistency and market conditions. Nothing we publish is financial, legal, tax or investment advice.
9. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for complying with the law and platform rules where you operate, including advertising disclosure, consumer-protection and data-protection requirements, and for your own tax affairs.
10. Acceptable use
You may not use the Programme or community to harass others, post unlawful content, promote schemes that pay for recruitment rather than product sales, make income claims to others, or scrape or automate access. We may remove access for breach.
11. Affiliate programme
Participation in our affiliate programme is free, optional and governed by the separate Affiliate Terms. No payment is ever made for recruiting participants; commission arises only from genuine customer purchases. Purchasing the Programme is not required to participate and confers no advantage.
12. Availability
We aim to keep everything available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Third-party platforms (payment, community, hosting) are outside our control.
13. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death, personal injury or fraud. Subject to that, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue or business losses.
14. Consumer rights
If you are a consumer, you keep all rights available to you under mandatory consumer law in your country of residence, which these terms do not limit.
15. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to active members in advance and take effect for future purchases from publication.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by Hungarian law. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you may also rely on the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence, and the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
