Refund Policy

The guarantee
14 days, no conditions. If the Programme isn't for you, email ledgermethod@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you. You do not need to explain why, and there is no form designed to wear you down.
How to request
One email to ledgermethod@gmail.com with the address you purchased with. Refunds are processed through Whop and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
If you paid in instalments
The 3-payment plan stops automatically after the third payment. If you request a refund within the 14-day guarantee window, we refund the instalments you have actually paid and cancel any remaining scheduled payments. You are never charged for instalments after a refund is issued.
What happens on refund
- Access to all materials, downloads and the community ends.
- The Vault licence ends. Any listings using Vault files must be removed, and you may no longer sell them.
- Any affiliate commission generated by that purchase is reversed.
Instalment purchases
The 14-day window runs from the first payment. If you refund inside the window, the plan is cancelled and the amounts paid are returned. Cancelling later stops future access but does not refund payments already made.
After 14 days
We do not offer refunds after the guarantee period, since the materials are digital and delivered in full. If something has gone wrong, email us anyway — we would rather fix a problem than have an unhappy member.
Your statutory rights
If you are an EU or UK consumer, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. For digital content delivered immediately, that right can be waived at checkout, and Whop handles that consent as merchant of record. Our guarantee above is offered voluntarily and in addition to any rights you have by law.
